Who We Are
Christ-Centered
Our guides are passionate educators who model servant leadership and integrity on every trail we explore. We believe every trail leads back to the Creator. Our mission is to develop Christ-like character through wilderness skills, curiosity-led discovery, and meaningful teamwork in the great outdoors.
Meet the Founder
With great passion for child development since 2007, Danilo fell in love with the Canadian wilderness the moment he arrived. As a father of two (with one more on the way!), he is passionate about exploring God’s creation and sharing the joy of worship through music.
"Danilo believes that through the outdoors, we can sharpen one another—as iron sharpens iron—to become the people God called us to be."
Our Guides
Alaina
Alaina is a longtime Langley resident with a strong connection to the outdoors. With her own 2 daughters having grown through outdoor learning programs, she is thrilled to support students on their learning journeys. She is eager to help them develop real-world skills, environmental stewardship, and a meaningful understanding of God's design through outdoor exploration.
Willow
Willow has been fostering curiosity and connection for the children in her communities for the past seven years and finds great joy in slowing down, noticing the small details of the land, and helping children feel safe and confident as they explore, play, and learn outdoors. In her spare time she enjoys hiking and learning new things about nature each time she goes out.
Rachelle
As a mom of two, Rachelle brings an enthusiastic and kind-hearted approach to helping children discover and love the world around them. She has been homeschooling since 2023 and believes that children learn best when their natural curiosity is nurtured through connection, stories, and hands-on experiences.
After coming to know Christ as a young adult, her faith has become an integral part of how she approaches motherhood and education. Rachelle believes that childhood is meant to be spent outdoors — where children can get dirty, take healthy risks, and discover the joy of God's creation.
